Managing partner of Cabinet MK Conseil & Formation since 1995, she has 35 years’ experience as a tax lawyer. Her expertise extends to general commercial law, agricultural company law, banking law, labor law and corporate taxation. She has many years’ experience in providing consultancy services to public and private companies and development projects, including: tax optimization, drafting and implementation of tax management dashboards, risk mapping and management, legal and tax coaching for senior executives, negotiations with the tax authorities, obtaining preferential tax treatment…

M. ASSEMIEN Pierre

Technical Director / Manager - Legal, tax and employment advice

Technical Director and Manager at MK conseil & Formation, with over 15 years’ experience, he specializes in tax law, corporate law, contract law, customs law, labor law and general commercial law. He has been involved in tax optimization projects, drafting and implementing tax management dashboards, and risk mapping.

IN ADDITION

The firm’s staff also includes two (2) department heads (Communication, Sales and Training Departments – Finance and Accounting Department), and more than fifteen (15) internal collaborators.
